Sign of spring
When I went to the daycare to pick up my daughter I found Japanese plum were blooming with fuming its sweet fragrance. Although it is cold in Osaka, the flower reminds me of spring coming to us slowly but steadily.
Hey,that looks so beautiful. Take lots of photos for your blog! Most of my Winter-flowering Cherry blossom was killed off by the long period of sub-zero weather.
>Mark Flowers blooming in winter is so vulnerable that they can disappear with cold wind and temperature but so impressive that they can indicate us that spring will come. Especially I love Japanese plum trees in Bonsai style.
>fer Hey fer! Living in Tokyo in such cold winter must be tough for you but tiny flowers in winter might give you warmth, I believe. Anyway, don't catch a cold!
>Holly I'm looking forward to going to Sakura viewing in April! If you love Sakura, I believe you can enjoy my slide shows of Sakura photo collections taken in Kyoto.
