Today's dinner

My wife made a soup with my pak chois which I harvested today and sausages.
The soup was so simple that my pak chois were boiled only in consommé soup. Salt coming out of sausage can add mild taste. That simple recipe can make the best use of the taste of fresh pak chois.



I love the pak chois which absorbed soup. Oh,yummy.

Looks good! You can see why Pak Choi is sometimes described as "spoon-shaped".

Your comment also reminds me of a dish of pork dumpling rolled with pak choi.

Oh yum I like it like this too! In soup! Or just plain stir fried with garlic. Mmmm can't wait until mine 'grow up'!
