Traditional dish of potatoes.

I think Japanese dishes may reminds you of Sushi and Miso-soup.
But I like to introduce a traditional home-style dish in Japan.

The dish shown above is called "Nikujaga".

That is a potatoes stewed with sliced beef and onion with soy sauce based soup.
If you have Japanese friends around you, I believe he or she knows it and can miss the taste.

Those look like some nice potatoes and I like the looks of Nikujaga as well. Can't wait for our first potato harvest sometime in August.

Hi,Autumn Bell.
Thank you for visiting my blog.
I hope we can exchange views and ideas on gardening!

I believe potatoes and pork is a good recipe because of a soup stock coming out of pork.
I wanna try your recipe too!
