One easy way I found to germinate carr...Hi Takaeko,<br />One easy way I found to germinate carrots when its really hot is to sow them water and then put plank of wood over the top of the row. After 5-7 days when the carrots start growing you can take the wood off. (I got this tip of the packet of carrot seeds- it was really successful summer growing so I have used it for other things too like raddish-except they only take a few days).
